As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Osceola, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help maintain a secure environment while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual circumstances.
• Respond calmly and use problem-solving skills when addressing incidents or critical situations within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Observe and report any security-related issues or hazards identified during patrols to the appropriate person or team.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, trespassing, and other prohibited activities in the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits during patrols and reporting any irregularities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
