Our Customer Service Representative team plays a key role in our clean energy initiatives, driving conversations, generating leads, and making solar and green-power options accessible to communities.
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet customers with positivity and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects our Company's commitment to top-notch service.
- Break down complex renewable energy products like solar or clean power plans and explain them in clear, customer-friendly language, making sustainable energy approachable for everyone.
- Schedule follow-up consultations for interested customers helping them take the next step toward clean energy with confidence.
- Work side by side with your Customer Service Representative colleagues and leadership to hit ambitious sales and engagement goals, contributing directly to the company's growth and impact.
- Join daily Customer Service Representative training sessions to stay sharp on new clean energy technology, evolving service offerings, and best practices all part of our Company's culture of continuous learning.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine messaging, outreach campaigns, and the overall customer journey.
What We're Looking for in a Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a Sales or Customer Service Representative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Open to training, feedback, and continuous growth.
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45, $60,000.00 per year
