We are expanding our presence and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations & Membership Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:

As our Operations & Membership Manager, you will be at the center of that mission—driving team performance, ensuring smooth operations, and leading the growth and retention of our membership community.

We're looking for a dynamic, wellness-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building teams, inspiring excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, and passionate about helping others perform, and feel, their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire front desk and therapist teams to provide exceptional service and represent the Active Bodywork brand with energy and professionalism.
  • Motivate and hold team members accountable for membership sales, client retention, and service quality.
  • Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, goal-setting sessions, and performance reviews with staff.
  • Recognize and celebrate team wins while addressing challenges with clarity and support.

Membership Growth & Client Retention

  • Oversee all aspects of membership development, sales, and retention across all Active Bodywork locations.
  • Train and coach team members on best practices for upselling memberships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Track sales metrics, identify trends, and implement creative strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop incentive programs and promotions to increase conversion and renewal rates.
  • Monitor client feedback and booking trends to improve the overall experience and strengthen loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
