Collections Group Process Lead

Responsibilities
- Proactively manages portfolio of customer accounts and drives collections efforts.
- Works with the manager to develop training plan and implements plan.
- Understand best practices and communicates to others on the team.
- Ensures collection staff follows global policies, procedures and processes related to collection activity.
- Partners with management to determine collections staff to maximize effectiveness of process, ensuring timely collections and increasing productivity.
- Works with management to determine collection effectiveness, metrics and track performance to bring about improvements in processes.
Qualifications
- Some University (equivalent to a US Associates degree) in Accounting or related field and generally four years of directly related experience.
- Experience in Accounting and Financial systems with internal controls.
- High degree of competency in MS office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience in Customer to Cash process improvement and application systems implementation.
- Experience in interfacing with business operation customers.

Total Rewards:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $63,000 to $75,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
