Pay range: $43 to $50.00 an hour on W2
Job Description:**
Responsible for business analysis activities and documentation for projects and initiatives.

ITSM Incident, Problem, Change knowledge is a plus.

ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.

xMatters knowledge is a plus.

Data analysis and/or science knowledge is a plus.

ServiceNow reporting is a plus.

Overview:

Seeking a Business Analyst to support Incident & Problem Management efforts and assist with stability initiatives across multiple teams. This role will focus on documentation, process support, and tool maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:


•     Support Incident & Problem Management activities.


•     Update and maintain documentation, SharePoint sites, and work tools.


•     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to absorb and manage stability-related workloads.


•     Assist with xMatters project reform and related process improvements.

Required Skills & Tools:


•     Strong familiarity with Incident Management processes.


•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.


•     Excellent communication and organizational skills.
