Grant Research & Writing Specialist (Remote, Commission-Based) — WomaFREEsm

WomaFREEsm is an international movement dedicated to awakening women's power, moving beyond outdated stereotypes, and building a new collective consciousness. Our mission is to create a harmonious future where feminine wisdom and masculine strength work in synergy, and women become trailblazers for global change.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Grant Research & Writing Specialist to help us find and secure international funding for projects that uplift and empower women. In this role, you will directly contribute to impactful programs spanning entrepreneurship, education, innovation, and gender equality.

Your Focus AreasYou'll help WomaFREEsm obtain funding for initiatives in:

  • Women's entrepreneurship & leadership
  • IT, digital innovation & Women in Tech/ STEM
  • Education and professional skills development
  • Social innovation & inclusivity
  • Networking, mentorship, and personal growth initiatives
  • Projects advancing gender equality and empowerment

Your Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities in the UK, EU, US, and beyond.
  • Analyze application guidelines, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
  • Prepare, structure, and help submit compelling applications in collaboration with WomaFREEsm's founders.
  • Track submissions, statuses, and follow-up dates to ensure timely responses.
  • Propose and connect with potential partners and collaborators for multi-stakeholder grants.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing or fundraising (bonus: tech, innovation, or social impact grants).
  • Confident English communication (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with platforms like UKRI, Horizon Europe, EU Funds, or global equivalents.
  • Strong research and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with gender-focused or women's empowerment projects is a distinct advantage.

Compensation

  • Commission-based only: you receive a percentage of every successful awarded grant.
  • The more funding you secure, the more you earn — no upper limit.
  • No fixed salary or hourly pay.
