JOB OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a
Category Analyst
to join our growing team. This is an
entry-level
role perfect for someone who loves working with numbers, solving problems, and learning how products get from shelf to shopper. You'll help support projects for well-known consumer brands, learn from experienced teammates, and gain hands-on experience in the fast-moving world of retail and consumer goods.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with data:
    Help collect and organize information from retail and sales reports to understand how products are performing.
  • Support the team:
    Partner with internal teammates to keep projects moving and ensure accuracy in our reports and presentations.
  • Learn about shoppers:
    Assist in finding insights about what customers buy and why, and help turn those insights into recommendations.
  • Build presentations:
    Help prepare charts, slides, and visuals that tell a clear story to our clients.
  • Grow your skills:
    Learn tools and techniques used by professionals in retail analytics, category management, and merchandising.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Prior internship or coursework in business, retail, or data analysis is a plus—but not required
  • Skills:
    Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data tools (like Nielsen, IRI, or JDA) is great but not expected. We'll teach you what you need to know.
