We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support a variety of initiatives that help us showcase our work, connect with clients, and grow our business. As a Marketing Coordinator at Walker, you will:
- Plans, conducts, and coordinates a range of marketing support activities. -Develops/maintains marketing information systems (Deltek and CRM) - Provides support to deadline-driven proposal activities and general marketing correspondence to include resumes and project descriptions and responses to requests for proposals and qualifications. - Works independently and/or with marketing coordinators and technical staff, such as project managers, graphic designers, and business development directors. - Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the company's multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and consulting services. - Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks, including developing presentations and marketing materials for events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars. - Provide general support to the marketing department. - Performs other duties as requested.  
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, or equivalent experience. - Be able to think creatively and strategically and complete work in a team-based environment. - Work independently and be self-motivated. - Excellent computer skills. - Proficient in written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Must be able to work in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits 
At Walker Consultants, we are committed to maintaining fairness and equity in our pay practices. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $45,000 – $60,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
