Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and organized Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the online presence of our three unique business divisions:

  1. A 3PL warehousing and fulfillment company serving major brands and e-commerce clients,

  2. An online printing and promotional products brand offering customized merchandise and marketing materials,

  3. A local experiential business offering sunset cruises and private sailing adventures aboard "Seawolf," a 40-foot wooden catamaran on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, TX.

This role requires a versatile storyteller who can adapt messaging and content style across very different audiences—B2B, e-commerce, and local leisure—while maintaining consistent brand quality and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for each of the three business lines, reflecting their unique audiences and growth objectives.

• Maintain a unified content calendar that balances long-term brand development with seasonal promotions, events, and product launches.

• Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities between divisions to build overall brand recognition and engagement.

Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging, high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics, and copy) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and TikTok.

• Capture and edit original photo/video content—including warehouse operations, client projects, and on-the-water sailing experiences aboard Seawolf.

• Write compelling captions, posts, and ads that align with each brand's personality and drive measurable results.

• Manage posting schedules, hashtags, tagging, and community engagement to grow organic reach and visibility.

Community Engagement

• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries across all social platforms.

• Engage directly with customers, business partners, and local audiences to strengthen loyalty and brand trust.

• Monitor trends and feedback to identify opportunities for new content or service highlights.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and report monthly performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI) for each business line.

• Analyze data and adjust content strategy to continually improve audience growth and effectiveness.

• Stay current on algorithm updates, emerging trends, and best practices for each platform.

Advertising & Promotions

• Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

• Optimize targeting for both local (Seawolf cruises) and national (3PL/printing) audiences.

• Collaborate with leadership on budget allocation, testing, and campaign tracking.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and sales) to ensure content aligns with company goals.

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and design resources as needed.

• Provide creative input on branding, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or business units or a recent graduate with a strong understanding of how to market with social media.

• Proven success in building and managing social presence across multiple industries or audiences.

• Exceptional writing, photography, and storytelling skills.

• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

• Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Compensation

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives. Potential for flexible scheduling, and on-site content days (including sailing sessions on Seawolf).
