About the Role

West Reliable Investment Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Property Management Assistant to support the Assistant Property Manager with daily operations. The position is based in a home office, where the management team operates. The selected candidate will work on-site in this office environment and assist with property management tasks, coordination, and communication between tenants, vendors, and owners.

No prior property management experience is required; complete training will be provided to help the right candidate learn all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and owners via phone, text, and email.
  • Help prepare leases, notices, invoices, and other property documents.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule vendors.
  • Organize and maintain property files, reports, and digital records.
  • Support rent collection, payment posting, and general accounting updates.
  • Schedule property inspections, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • No prior property management experience required; we provide full training.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for errands or site visits.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekend assistance if needed)
  • Work location: Home-based office in [Downey, CA]
  • Pay: Depending on experience
  • Training provided by senior management
