Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, career-minded Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This is not a short-term position or a stepping stone to physical therapy school. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow within our practice. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and ready to contribute to both clinical care and front office operations.

This role includes cross-training for front desk coverage and may require working at both our Heights and Pearland clinic locations based on staffing needs and patient volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Assist with therapeutic exercises, equipment setup, and clinic flow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
  • Greet patients and assist with check-in, scheduling, and general front desk support
  • Monitor patient safety and progress during sessions
  • Help manage transitions between clinical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Be available to float between The Heights and Pearland clinics depending on operational needs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare, rehab, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to a long-term, stable role within our clinic team
  • Ability to work well in both clinical and front office settings
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between The Heights and Pearland
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
