Position Summary:

We are seeking Industrial Engineers to provide day-to-day operational support to our facility located in San Antonio, Texas. Engineers in this role will be responsible for performing work measurement studies, conducting ergonomic evaluations, and developing and executing daily manpower (man) assignments to support efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct work measurement/time studies using MOST to determine accurate labor requirements.
  • Perform ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements to ensure safe, efficient work practices.
  • Develop, update, and execute daily manpower assignments to support production needs.
  • Collaborate with operations, production planning, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide on-site support for major project activities, occasionally including Fridays and Saturdays.

Position Requirements:

  • Work Schedule: M-Th 5:30am - 4pm - 4 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (4-year engineering degree required).
  • MOST certification with documented experience applying MOST for labor analysis.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Expected start date January 5th - January 26, 2026
