Part-Time Administrative Assistant for Las Vegas Shopping Center Developer & Professional Sports Bettor

Location: Work from employer's home office in Henderson, NV

Hours: Part-time, flexible, from 10-30 hours per week (as needed – schedule will vary week to week)

Pay: Starting at $25 per hour (DOE, potential for increase with performance)

About the Role: We are a Las Vegas-based shopping center developer and active professional sports bettor seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy assistant to support day-to-day operations from our home office in Henderson. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines light administrative work, sports data tracking, document management, and occasional errands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update weekly sports scores and betting-related data into shared Google Sheets (requires accuracy and attention to detail)
  • Download monthly financial/bank statements; scan and organize documents onto Evernote
  • Make outbound phone calls to customer service reps (banks, vendors, utilities, etc.) to resolve inquiries or obtain information
  • Run occasional local errands in the Henderson/Las Vegas area (e.g., restaurants, UPS Store, bank deposits, etc.)
  • Assist with sports research, data entry, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data management)
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (basic editing of images)
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Grok (helpful for sports research)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable making professional phone calls and communicating clearly
  • Reliable transportation (for errands) and valid driver's license
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality (handling financial and business documents)
  • Must be able to work in-person at a home office in Henderson

Preferred (but not required)

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, gaming, sports, or data entry
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping
  • Local to the Henderson/Las Vegas area
