We are looking to add a Retirement Plan Manager to our team in our Seattle, WA office. The Retirement Plan Manager is an essential part of the overall client experience. As a Retirement Plan Manager, your key focus is on providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our retirement plan advisors and their clients. In this role, you'll need a strong understanding of the retirement plan along with the ability to tailor your approach to each client's unique needs. The ideal candidate would be personable and professional with clients, excels in team communication and time management, and possesses the ability to cross-collaborate with team members, taking pride in individual assignments and is comfortable delegating when appropriate.
Retirement Plan Manger Responsibilities:
- Manage meeting and reporting requirements for each client, ensuring advisors have all relevant items.
- Serve as primary relationship manager between the client, plan administrators, record keepers and custodians.
- Resolve problems related to client support.
- Maintain up to date client information and summary sheets.
- Attend client meetings, take notes, and coordinate with Advisor on actionable items.
- Take the lead on operational items that will bring efficiency to retirement plan processes.
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Coordinate with team members for RFI/RFP's.
- Maintain an up-to-date response bank for future use.
- Quality check client reporting.
Travel:
- Minimal travel is required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- In-depth experience using Tamarac's Reporting and Trading, and CRM, preferred.
- Experience leading a team and achieving team goals.
- Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment.
- Outstanding leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Computer expertise and experience with various investment-related software.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

- The expected salary range for this role is $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience and qualifications
