We are looking for an upbeat, self-motivated, team player for a front office position. The position is 30 hours per week, working at our Hillsboro office (Monday 7:30-12:30, Tuesday thru Thursday 7:30 -4:00) and starts immediately.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Welcoming patients and visitors.

  • Verifying demographics and insurance information at check in

  • Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

  • Collecting of patient co-payments and patient balances.

  • Working with patient care team to keep patient appointments on schedule.

  • Re-verifying medical insurance coverage

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Answering patient phone calls

  • Assisting patients to set up telehealth appointments

Job Requirements:

-Previous experience in medical office

-Must be comfortable collecting co-pays and balances due and obtaining prior authorizations

-Must have knowledge of medical insurance and previous experience with EMR

Salary competitive and commensurate with experience
