We are seeking a motivated and personable Virtual Client Advisor (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Provide exceptional client support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Assist clients with account management, data entry, and transaction processing including cash handling when necessary
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and promote products or services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and recommending suitable products or services
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction levels
Skills
- Multilingual ability or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is highly desirable
- Strong sales aptitude with experience in customer support or client services preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and call center operations is a plus
- Outbound calling experience and call center background are advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
- Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation purposes
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
