Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Provide exceptional client support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  • Assist clients with account management, data entry, and transaction processing including cash handling when necessary
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and promote products or services
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and recommending suitable products or services
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction levels

Skills

  • Multilingual ability or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is highly desirable
  • Strong sales aptitude with experience in customer support or client services preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and call center operations is a plus
  • Outbound calling experience and call center background are advantageous
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
  • Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation purposes
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
