Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Technical Recruiter based in the Nashville, TN area with partial opportunities for remote work. This person will be responsible for driving resource pipelines, establishing and nurturing relationships, and coordinating with accounts. Daily tasks include identifying new candidates, developing strategies to meet client needs, and collaborating with current and prospective customers to identify opportunities. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain a positive rapport with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
  • Experience delivering exceptional Customer Service
