Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States Homecare Hub of Iowa Full time $42,000 - $72,000 per year

About Us:

Home Halo of New Mexico, previously known as Homecare Hub of New Mexico, is a compassionate, non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and veterans remain safely and comfortably in their homes. Our team provides high-quality, client-centered care throughout New Mexico, with a strong commitment to integrity, respect, and community.

Position Overview:

The RN Administrative Coordinator is a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical assessments. This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys both office-based organization and occasional client interaction in the field.

You'll support daily office operations — including caregiver communication, client intake, and admission paperwork — while also providing RN assessment visits for new and existing clients. This position starts part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as the agency expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Duties

  • Answer and route phone calls from clients, caregivers, and referral partners
  • Handle client intake calls and assist with the admission process and documentation
  • Support caregiver scheduling, communication, and follow-up
  • Maintain organized and accurate client and caregiver records
  • Perform general office tasks including data entry, filing, and report preparation
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct RN assessment visits at client admissions and periodic re-assessments
  • Travel to client homes on an as-needed, monthly, or quarterly basis
  • Evaluate clients' current non-medical care needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant client documentation
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and agency privacy policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico (required)
  • Previous administrative or office experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer programs
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Experience using electronic record systems (preferred)
  • Home care or community health experience (a plus)
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor

Position Details:

  • Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time growth
  • In-office position with occasional travel for client assessments
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Supportive, mission-driven team environment
  • Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization

How to Apply:

If you are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who values both teamwork and independence, we encourage you to apply. Please submit your resume highlighting your experience, skills, and qualifications.
