About The Role
The
Employee Experience Manager
plays a key role in shaping the employee journey from start to finish — from pre-employment to exit. This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and values-aligned experience for every employee. You'll coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage key HR processes, and serve as a trusted point of contact for new hires and separating staff.

*What You'll Do*

  • Coordinate all pre-employment tasks: background checks, drug screens, credentialing, and I-9/E-Verify.
  • Facilitate the First Day Experience and monthly New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions.
  • Track new hire progress, compliance deadlines, and 90-day check-ins.
  • Manage offboarding processes including resignations, retirements, and terminations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide monthly reporting on trends.
  • Partner with IT and Payroll to ensure access removal, equipment returns, and accurate final pay.
  • Maintain HRIS data, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and compliance records.
  • Support audits and reporting requests, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
*What You Bring
Required*

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience (onboarding, compliance, or generalist).
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS systems (Paycom preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in employee lifecycle management or record auditing.
