Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, and management and pest control experience is required.

The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers, employees, and management. They drive productivity through planning and efficiencies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring of scheduling, routing, and notifications to drive productivity and efficiencies, including ensuring daily goals equate to meeting monthly and annual goals.
  • Motivate the service team to provide best in industry service and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through consistent policies and regularly communicated tech expectations.
  • Train and develop pest professionals through hands-on management, office, and field training
  • Set the standard for acceptable service performance and manage/coach/discipline co-workers accordingly.
  • Daily tracking of revenue to plan and completion percentage to plan.
  • Monitor inventory and equipment levels to ensure techs have the tools to do the job while being fiscally responsible and holding technicians to an established standard.
