Requirements:
Responsibilities

  • Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
  • Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
  • Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
  • Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.

*Requirements*

  • Must have at least 1+ year experience in strong sales, marketing and customer service.
  • Previous leasing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task and provide professional customer service.
  • A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.

A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of pre-employment background checks, and drug screen are required.
