We are seeking a Recruitment and Scheduling Manager to lead our caregiver recruitment, engagement, and scheduling operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support from exceptional Care Professionals (Care Pros).
This is an in-office position due to the hands-on nature of recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute caregiver recruitment, screening, onboarding, and engagement efforts.
- Develop and post job ads across online platforms and community networks.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ongoing training sessions.
- Manage caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage and minimize open shifts.
- Maintain an organized candidate and employee database.
- Support staffing needs by identifying gaps and developing backup coverage plans.
- Partner with management to monitor key metrics such as turnover, utilization, and caregiver satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and state labor laws.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent Fathers Heart Home Care's values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, human resources, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in caregiver recruitment, healthcare scheduling, or human services management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in computer systems, scheduling software, and online recruiting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Compassionate and people-driven, with a heart for serving others.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
- In-person, office-based
