Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johns Creek, GA, for a Front Desk position. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, handling phone calls professionally, scheduling appointments, and managing daily administrative tasks. This position will be doing insurance verifications daily, so I must understand the basics of billing .The role involves ensuring a welcoming front desk environment and maintaining effective communication with patients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Basic Computer Literacy and proficiency with office software
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous 2+ years experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
