Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk & Finance Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has prior experience in title processing, dealership administration, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process vehicle sales paperwork and related documents
  • Register sold vehicles using CVR and third-party titling services
  • Submit loan packages to lenders and ensure timely funding
  • Prepare and mail funding packets to lienholders
  • Track and manage title, MSO, and license plate inventory
  • Maintain accurate deal files and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Finance Managers and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in office administration, dealership work, or finance support (preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team

Schedule: Full-time Tuesday to Saturday
