Unlimited Restoration, Inc. offers a full range of restoration and mitigation services combined with extensive experience from our restoration specialists. This position will be reporting to the Operations Manager and servicing the Greater Philadelphia area.

We are seeking full-time, motivated individuals to become members of our team and participate in the success of our company in all areas of remediation. This position would be part of cleaning and water extraction, fire restoration and mold remediation team(s) on commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 3-5 or more techs/laborers depending on job size
  • Follow the job area security conditions and procedural protocols
  • Complete assigned tasks as part of the crew with quality and caution
  • Be a flexible team player and show a can-do approach at all times
  • On call for 24-hour / 7-days per week emergency service
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Support Project Manager in water, fire, mold remediation

Abilities:

  • Efficient interacting and customer care
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Show curiosity and problem solving
  • Show an interest in developing understanding of current technology
  • Attention to detail
  • IICRC training required.
  • Must have experience in water, fire, and mold cleanup.
