Job Description

We are seeking an energetic individual who brings excellent communication and organizational skills to join our customer service and sales team. As an account manager, you'll be the main liaison between print clients and Firespring team members. We're looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Balance is one of your key characteristics as you anticipate and manage client needs while also encouraging team members to produce work that exceeds client expectations. A good day for you is one in which you've been rushing around moving mountains. You laugh in the face of obstacles because you're always up for the challenge, and let's face it, you totally love it.

You have mad skills in the detail department. Not that run-of-the-mill "I'm detail oriented" blah blah blah. You do details on top of details as if it's nobody's business, AND YOU LIKE IT. In short, you above-all recognize and are willing to go the extra mile to provide the very best customer service experience to our clients. Period.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Deliver on the Firespring Experience.
  • Producing estimates for potential jobs.
  • Entering job specifications into project management software.
  • Managing the production and timelines of individual jobs.
  • Guiding clients through the printing process with thorough communication and education.
  • Use strong communication skills to translate the needs of the client into action.
  • Retention of project-level accounts through exceptional customer service.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and share with sales.
  • Be the voice of the client with internal teams.
  • Manage design details, project deadlines, and follow jobs from conception through completion to ensure that the client's vision is brought to life.

  • A strong communicator who thrives on clarity, follow-through, and proactive service.
  • Detail-oriented—you spot potential errors before they become client problems.
  • Confident speaking with clients about timelines, production updates, and next steps.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once while staying organized under pressure.
  • A team player who bridges the gap between sales, design, and production with ease.
  • Flexible, quick to learn, and willing to jump in where needed.
