Position: Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, and closing sales. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers—all from within the office. Your work will directly contribute to Trulife's continued growth and impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential accounts to increase product sales and strengthen relationships.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proactively open new accounts and set up customers in SAP.
  • Provide product information and support to customers on our Breastcare product line.
  • Track, update, and manage data using Excel, SAP.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and follow up on leads, quotes, and stock orders.
  • Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate approach with every customer interaction.
  • Provide feedback to sales team on customer needs and market trends.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED required; degree from secondar school a plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service experience (medical or healthcare preferred.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: The successful individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are also desirable:

  • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal/written communications skills. Ability to work with customers across different time zones and cultures.
  • Comfortable working with ERP and CRM tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Accuracy in processing orders, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlookand energetic personality.
  • Team players with a collaborative spirit and drive to meet and exceed goals.
