This position is eligible to telework up to three (3) days a week, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. This is subject to change based on operational need and/or future return to office orders. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Under the direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager I over the Branch Administration Unit, this position performs a variety of travel-related assignments in support of the Project Management and Development Branch (PMDB) with an emphasis on system support in Concur and CalATERS with strict adherence to CalHR, Statewide Travel Program, and the DGS Office of Fiscal Services (OFS) rules and regulations regarding state travel and reimbursements.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for a visa sponsorship or a training plan, now or in the future.
