Brighton Healthcare is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. This role will focus on brand awareness, employee recruitment, community engagement, and promotion of company initiatives across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands healthcare-related marketing, and can create compelling content while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.

Social Media Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Indeed
  • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos, stories, and reels) aligned with company goals
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job openings, job fairs, employee spotlights, and culture initiatives
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to messages and comments, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to support hiring and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations, HIPAA standards, and company policies
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Social Media Marketing Specialist Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a healthcare organization, long term care preferred
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Strong written communication and content-creation skills
  • Basic graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools preferred)
  • Healthcare marketing experience REQUIRED, long term care preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
