Finance Production Manager

Lead and develop a high-performing finance operations team responsible for structuring, approving, and funding all retail finance deals. This leader ensures every customer deal is executed efficiently, ethically, and profitably — transforming Bish's RV's finance operations into a best-in-class production engine that maximizes loan capture, funding speed, and gross profit.
