Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable
Project Accountant
to support our accounting department. This role is essential in maintaining smooth financial operations across our business sectors and requires a professional who is organized, proactive, and aligned with our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies under the guidance of the accounting team.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and documentation preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary financial information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in clerical or administrative support, preferably within an accounting or finance department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, JDEdwards)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Onsite work at our office location is required.
