motivated, results-driven Operations Supervisor
to lead our dispatch team, ensure exceptional service, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Develop the Dispatch Team: Mentor, coach, and motivate dispatchers to perform at their best
• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage schedules, routing, and coordination of Independent Contract Couriers
• Solve Problems in Real Time: Take ownership of challenges and resolve service issues quickly
• Drive Results: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure proactive, professional communication with clients and partners

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations

• Supervise and support dispatchers and coordinators, ensuring adherence to performance standards
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive consistency and accountability
• Continuously improve dispatch workflows and efficiency through data-driven insights

Independent Contractor Management

• Oversee daily assignments and STAT orders to maintain on-time delivery
• Manage the driver pool, ensuring coverage and reliability
• Adjust schedules and routes dynamically to meet client demands

Customer Experience & Service Quality

• Serve as the lead contact for escalations, ensuring timely and professional resolution
• Foster proactive communication between dispatchers and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships through dependable service and leadership

Pay & Benefits
Salary:
$50,000 – $60,000 per year depending on experience.
