A Day in the Life of an Elite Sales Agent:

1) Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle and hands-on Coaching

2) Create an invaluable experience for our prospects with a nationally-proven sales system

3) Generate High Volume Sales over the phone in multiple states

4) Collaborate with our team of professionals and leaders to achieve ambitious sales targets

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Ability to handle objections and follow a sales system.
  • Create winsome presentations as a trusted advisor.
  • Humble and coachable attitude.
  • Intrinsic motivation and hunger to win at a high level.
  • Emotional intelligence.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and warm calling.
  • Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand coverage options and costs.
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
  • Track individual metrics and strategically pivot to accelerate sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.
  • Required to have a property and casualty insurance license to be hired.
  • Must have a laptop or computer available.
  • Maintain a quiet and focused work environment free of distractions.
