LHH is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to recruit for a newly established Senior Accounting Manager role, created in response to a recent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor two Accounting Managers, each overseeing their own teams
  • Oversee the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
  • Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary support during audits
  • Manage the financial integration process for newly acquired entities
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting operations
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the organization's evolving needs

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is required
  • Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred
