Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Job Coach: Digital Media Specialist to support our marketing and communications efforts while mentoring individuals in the ExD department. This role combines hands-on digital media work with coaching responsibilities, providing guidance and support to employees or interns as they develop their skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visuals and graphics using Canva
• Design and schedule content for social media platforms
• Develop and edit fillable PDF forms
• Design brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
• Update and maintain content on our Wix website
• Mentor and support individuals who are hired or interning in the ExD department
• Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Canva and basic graphic design principles
• Experience managing social media content and engagement
• Ability to create and edit fillable PDF forms
• Familiarity with Wix or similar website platforms
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite & Zoho Creator App)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics
• Previous experience supporting or mentoring interns or entry-level staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (college a plus)
• Reliable vehicle (safety checked twice a year)
• Valid driver's license, insurance, & clean record
• Able to pass background check & drug test
• Smartphone with GPS/texting
