We are is seeking a motivated, adaptable IT Systems Specialist to join a small, collaborative group supporting infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys variety, learning new technologies, and working closely with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily IT infrastructure operations across offices and facilities, including networks, servers, storage, and security systems
  • Document existing environments, processes, and configurations to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with team members to manage infrastructure for three primary locations, including the main office in Anaheim and sites in Arizona
  • Assist with system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for Windows-based environments with some Linux (Ubuntu) systems
  • Participate in the rotation for supporting occasional night or weekend events, typically 1-2 weeknights per month
  • Provide hands-on technical support and coordinate with vendors or team members for more complex issues
  • Contribute to projects related to infrastructure upgrades, virtualization, and cloud readiness initiatives


Desired Skills & Experience

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
  • 3-5 years of infrastructure administration & support spanning networking, servers, and systems
    • General knowledge of firewalls, switches, servers, storage, and security concepts
    • Experience with IP subnetting, routing, and network infrastructure fundamentals
    • Familiarity with multiple network brands (Cisco, Extreme, Aruba) a plus but not required
    • Proficiency with Windows environments, with exposure to Linux (Ubuntu) and PostgreSQL preferred
    • MS 365, including Entra ID / Active Directory, with group policy skills preferred
    • Experience or interest in virtualization technologies and cloud concepts (Azure or AWS exposure a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create and maintain accurate documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a humble, team-oriented approach
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed
  • Flexible, open-minded, and eager to learn new technologies
  • Reliable and committed to delivering quality work and follow-through
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

Work Environment & Expectations
  • Onsite: 5 days a week at the Anaheim office (flexibility for personal needs when required)
  • Travel: Occasional travel to Arizona 
  • Schedule: Primarily daytime hours with limited evening/weekend rotations for events
  • Culture: Stable, collaborative environment with long-tenured staff and professional growth opportunities

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $30-38/hr with a target salary to convert of $70-80K.
