We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Clerk to support our Accounting Department across multiple dealership locations. This position serves as a key point of accuracy and control for all new and used vehicle inventory and plays an important role in maintaining clean financial records and supporting dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile new and used vehicle inventory daily, monthly, and year-end
  • Process vehicle deals, including titles, MSOs, and purchase documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of vehicle costs, flooring, and inventory records
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Management teams
  • Maintain organized and compliant inventory documentation
  • Support audits and internal controls related to inventory

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Prior automotive accounting or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • CDK experience is a strong plus
