About the Role

As a Jr. Data Analyst, you will be working with our government services team to translate data into real world business solutions for our government clients. This is an ideal job for a problem solver who enjoys analyzing data and collaborating with team members to drive business solutions. Day-to-Day Impact

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
• Perform basic and advanced data analysis to generate simple reports and support business decisions.
• Support senior data analysts in preparing datasets for analysis.
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure the integrity of data used in analysis, documenting data sources, methodologies, and findings.
• Oversee development and maintenance of enterprise-wide dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data representation.
• Define data analysis strategies and methodologies for the ERP project.
• Collaborate with data architects and technical teams to ensure data quality, data integrity, and consistency across the ERP system.
• Lead complex data analysis projects and present data insights and recommendations including actionable insights to users and senior stakeholders
• Assist mid-level and Sr. Report Developers on projects analysts.
• Other Data Analyst duties as requested.

Essential Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or research
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
• Solution-oriented with strong communication, collaboration, and presentation

• Basic coding
