Your responsibilities include interacting with our customers on the phone, email and in person, providing estimates for projects, finding solutions for our clients, and making sure project deadlines are met. We need someone who is not afraid to step out and try new things and be a zealot when it comes to making our customers happy. A positive can-do attitude with attention to detail is a priority. This is an on-site, full-time position M-F 9-5.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide amazing service to clients via phone, email and in our office
  • Identify client requirements, offering our product and service solutions
  • Ensure that all requirements are met for clients' unique projects
  • Estimate and quote projects for customers
  • Process, schedule and track job production
  • Assist in production of occasional mailings
  • Ship out a few completed projects

Required Skills:

  • A proactive, positive, very detail oriented people-pleaser (nice employees = happy clients)
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong computer skills
  • You thrive on taking initiative and figuring out how to get something done.
  • You are a team player, and help out wherever and whenever to deliver a project on time.
  • Ability to lift cartons of paper, up to 40lbs, and stand periods of time (you will be at a desk most of the time).
  • Know how to prioritize work, and take pride in the work you produce. Our finished products must make our clients happy.
  • Be a multi-tasking Ninja. We do a lot in a short amount of time.
  • You must be a life-long learner to work here. Lots to learn and it's always changing.

Big Pluses If You Have:

  • Any kind of graphic arts production or experience in a place like PIP Printing or the sign industry.
  • Software experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office.
