M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated
Business Process Analyst
to join our firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and leadership. Our projects are high-profile, fast-paced, and complex and provide a great opportunity to work on challenging engagements. Please see the responsibilities section below for additional details.

Note:
This is a full-time salaried position. Resumes from independent consultants or contractors will not be considered. The role supports Federal Government clients, so U.S. Citizenship is required. Responsibilities:

  • Designing, orchestrating, and implementing detailed business analysis and process reengineering projects.
  • Documenting roles and responsibilities using RACI matrices.
  • Facilitating meetings with Senior Division Directors to learn their current roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and identify improvements and inconsistencies in current processes.
  • Designing to-be processes and gaining consensus from Senior Directors.
  • Understanding and defining key business processes and requirements to map process flows.
  • Documenting the to-be processes in a Governance document(s) and Service Level Agreements.
  • Developing Training materials such as briefings to train personnel on the new to-be processes.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. (Google Suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Experience with process improvement, project management, time management, and communication strategies.
  • Experience developing RACI matrices and writing Governance documents and/or Service Level Agreements.
  • Previous experience assisting organizations through change and business process reengineering.
  • Must be comfortable with working independently and within a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Operating Status:

Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients' work locations and teleworking.

Physical Qualification(s) Required:

  • Work is performed in an office and telework environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
  • Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards
