I. Job Summary

Under general supervision, provides entry level data and work assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. Provides entry level analysis in order to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement and work quality.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares basic HR reports, data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management.

  • Provides assessment and recommendations to management.

  • Manages HR reporting and analytics requests

  • Maintains and documents HR data processes.

  • Collaborates closely with various internal HR groups to learn business processes and perform HR reporting and analytics tasks.

  • Conducts audits and testing on data related activities.

  • Assists with HR reporting and analytics projects by performing tasks.

  • Partners closely with business intelligence developers and data engineers to ensure data structure requirements are met and support developing and maintaining data infrastructure.

  • Participates in data integrity/management strategic initiatives.

  • Recommends changes, updates and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.

  • Assists with project management activities and updates.

  • Capable of facilitating small group training on data initiatives.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited)

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years or relevant experience

  • No experience
