  • Provide tier-3 troubleshooting, configuration, and routine/urgent support for SQL Server and SQL Cluster environments, directly enabling operations across all federal business units.
  • Manage and support MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS Access environments as part of GPO?s comprehensive data ecosystem.
  • Respond to mission-driven Requests for Change (RFCs) and incident tickets (FootPrints) to minimize downtime and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead or collaborate on SQL database builds, upgrades, and application-integration efforts (including but not limited to SharePoint and legacy business systems).
  • Proactively address system errors, perform patching and updates, and participate in after-hours activities as needed for business continuity.
  • Deliver clear, actionable weekly reports that inform Government leadership and business units of ongoing activities, accomplishments, and risk/issues.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to cross-functional teams; explain complex concepts to both IT and non-technical stakeholders, up to executive leadership.
