Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Office Manager to join our team. In this role you will take on duties associated with Office Management.
Office Manager Duties:
- Office coordinator duties.
- Case management duties.
- Supervise and guide the front desk team to ensure seamless office operations.
- Oversee the maintenance of patient accounts, including updating personal and financial information.
- Assist patients in distress by responding to emergencies and providing necessary support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial patient information.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage office resources efficiently.
- Handle inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
- Assist with employee onboarding and training when necessary.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment.
