Dallas, Texas, United States Landmark Roofing & Renovations LLC. Full time

Positions We're Hiring ForTPO Roofers

  • Must have proven commercial TPO experience
  • Ability to heat-weld seams, install ISO & cover board, flash penetrations, etc.
  • Must be able to work safely at heights

Modified Bitumen (Cold Process) Roofers

  • Experience installing modified bitumen roofing systems
  • Must be familiar with cold process / adhesive-applied mod-bit
  • Able to install base sheet, cap sheet, and handle detail work
  • Commercial experience required

Metal Roofers

  • Experience with standing seam, R-panel, Max-Rib, trims, ridge, valley, and flashing details
  • Must understand commercial installation standards
  • Travel required

Equipment Operators (Certification Required)

  • SkyTrak / Telehandler – valid cert card required
  • Boom Lift – valid cert card required
  • Forklift – valid cert card required

(Only operators need certifications — roofing positions do not.)

Requirements

  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
  • Clean or mostly clean background (required for government building access)
  • Must be willing to travel nationwide
  • Must be reliable and able to work 40–50+ hours per week
  • Commercial roofing experience required — no trainees
