KPost Company, the official Roofing & Waterproofing Partner of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, is hiring experienced Roofers and Waterproofers to join our growing team

We're looking for individuals skilled in Single Ply Membrane and Modified Torch (torch-down) roofing systems — but we're also willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Install Single Ply and Modified Torch Membrane systems
  • Perform waterproofing applications to ensure watertight integrity
  • Measure, cut, and fasten materials according to specifications
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain commercial roofs
  • Follow all company and job site safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial roofing or waterproofing preferred
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • U.S. Citizenship or current Permanent Resident required
  • Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable
