Be caring.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our team Our growth is your opportunity for growth If you are seeking a dynamic workplace backed by supportive team members and competitive benefits then we might be the firm for youWhat you will do:Supervise a motivated team of professionals and ensure that they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential.Prepare and review Federal and state corporate and partnership tax returns and related extensions and estimatesAnswer ad-hoc tax-related inquiries and handle federal, state and local tax noticesManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining high standards of accuracy and qualityPerform technical tax research on a variety of Federal and state tax topicsStay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations; performance in-depth tax search, deliver timely and high-quality services that exceed client expectationsWhat you need to bring:BA/BS degree in Accounting, or Master's degree in Accounting/TaxationPublic accounting experience required5+ years of experience in federal and state income tax prepExperience managing a teamCCH Axcess tax experience preferredExcellent research, writing and communication skillsProcess-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskDemonstrates responsibility, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively as a team playerPreferred Qualifications:CPA preferredStrong corporate tax compliance and tax provision experienceProSystem fx Engagement experience is a plusBenefits:We understand that talented individuals are drawn to companies that offer comprehensive benefits packages.
