Overview:

Bluewater Federal is looking for an Acquisition Management Support Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Philadelphia, PA

As the Acquisition Management Support Specialist, you will assist the Program Manager and contract management team with acquisition documentation, procurement tracking, and cost analysis activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support preparation of procurement requests, SOWs, and technical instructions.
  • Maintain acquisition documentation and track purchase orders and deliverables.
  • Assist with cost and schedule monitoring for task order deliverables.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for acquisition data and deliverables.
  • Support audit readiness through documentation and recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • 1+ years of professional acquisition or program support experience.
  • Must have an active or Interim Secret clearance.
  • DAWIA Level I or II certification in Program or Financial Management is preferred
  • Experience with DoD acquisition documentation (PRs, PIDs, CDRLs) and Knowledge of Navy contracting and financial systems is preferred
