Job Summary
We are looking for an
IAM Integration Engineer
to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering team in Seattle or Orlando. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient professional with strong IAM expertise and a passion for new technologies and platforms. You will contribute to an extraordinary team that supports Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Authorization Services. This role involves helping teams across the enterprise integrate their applications with our IAM stack, ensuring customer success while championing security best practices. You will be part of a diverse cross-functional team with ownership at the core of its DNA.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the tools, processes, and technologies (both proprietary and third-party) used by the team, including platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, and related IAM solutions.
• Integration Standards: Liaise with project constituents and contributors to establish and maintain integration standards across the enterprise.
• Application Integration Support: Help teams integrate their applications with the IAM stack by reviewing SSO configurations for a wide variety of SaaS applications and developing comprehensive integration plans.
• High-Touch Consulting: Collaborate with Senior Managers, Product Management, and Tier 2 Support teams to identify critical integrations requiring high-touch solution design and consulting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other service delivery groups within Enterprise Technology and across the company to ensure seamless IAM integrations.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Tier 2 support for SSO and MFA services, troubleshooting complex authentication and authorization issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management tools, including SSO and MFA implementations, troubleshooting, and Tier 2 support

• Skills:

• Deep understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols

• Experience reviewing SSO configurations for a wide variety of SaaS applications and developing integration plans
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Customer service orientation with a focus on ensuring integration success

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with IAM industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Azure AD/Entra ID
• 3+ years of experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Confluence, and similar collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with sensitive data handling requirements such as COPPA, PCI, PII, and Safe Harbor compliance
• Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with API integrations and RESTful services
• Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
