They're hiring a Lead Growth Product Manager to convert strong product pull into durable, compounding growth. You'll own the journey from first touch to paid, work closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing, and see your work move core metrics quickly.

What you'll own


• The early journey: new-user experience, onboarding, first-week "aha," activation


• Monetization surfaces: trials, upgrade triggers, packaging, referral loops


• Instrumentation: clean event schemas, analytics dashboards, guardrails and north stars


• Experimentation: weekly tests across in-product prompts, pricing, and lifecycle


• Insight → action: cohorts, segmentation, drop-off analysis, plus qual (surveys, session replays)


• Prioritization: impact vs. effort, quick wins now with platform multipliers next

What you'll bring


• 4+ years in Product with meaningful time in growth at PLG SaaS or consumer tech


• Proven results moving activation, conversion, and retention through rigorous experiments


• Fluency with product analytics (e.g., Amplitude/Mixpanel) and tidy instrumentation


• Clear communication, commercial mindset, and comfort owning roadmap/OKRs
