In one sentenceThe Cutover Manager is responsible for planning and executing the transition from legacy systems to new platforms with minimal disruption to business operations. This role ensures all technical, functional, and business teams are aligned and prepared for a smooth go-live and stabilization period.
What will your job look like?Key Responsibilities
- Cutover Planning: Develop and maintain detailed cutover strategies, runbooks, and timelines aligned with program milestones.
- Readiness Checks: Validate system, data, infrastructure, and team readiness through structured checkpoints and Go/No-Go criteria.
- Execution Management: Lead and coordinate the cutover event, ensuring all activities are executed as planned and issues are resolved in real time.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders before, during, and after the cutover event.
- Post-Cutover Support: Oversee hypercare and stabilization activities, ensuring a smooth transition to steady-state operations.
- Integration Readiness Alignment: Plan cutover activities based on integration and testing readiness, coordinating closely with technical and functional teams.
- Cutover Timing Coordination: Align cutover windows with successful test outcomes and business availability.
- Issue Escalation & Resolution: Monitor progress during cutover, escalate critical issues, and coordinate resolution across teams.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferred: Master's degree in Business Information Systems or Project Management
- You will work on large challenging and complex programs
- You will be able to work with the best and brightest minds to collaborate across accounts/regions to provide a single voice
